JSD NDT has technicians skilled in magnetic particle testing with experience both on site and in-lab inspections. The testing can be used during in-process inspections, receiving inspections and final inspections before a product is in service.
MT is a quick and accurate method to detect cracks and subsurface discontinuities. Primarily, this method is used on ferrous metals. MT is a highly sensitive inspection method which requires an electrically induced magnetic field to examine particle patterns formed by any discontinuities as the particles are attracted to the magnetic field.
JSD NDT uses Dry Powder, Wet Visible and Wet Fluorescent testing methods.
